A Notice from the Colorado State Chamber of Commerce (CACI)
Please be advised that the Department of Revenue rulemaking hearing scheduled for October 30, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. has been cancelled. Based on their notice received, the change is due to a technicality in the filing of the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, therefore DOR will be refiling the notice and the hearing has been re-scheduled for November 30, 2018 at 2PM. in the same location.

To All Interested Parties:
The permanent rulemaking hearing scheduled for October 30, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. is cancelled. The change is due to a technicality in the filing of the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking; the Department will be refiling the notice for the regulations referenced below. Unfortunately, due to the statutory requirements of the Administrative Procedures Act, that will require rescheduling the October 30 rulemaking hearing. Please be advised that the content of the proposed regulations has not changed.
The hearing was set to take comment on the following regulations in 1 CCR 201-4:
- 39-26-102(1.3);
- 39-26-102.3;
- 39-26-102(9);
- 39-26-103.5;
- 39-26-104(1)(b)(I);
- 39-26-105;
- 39-26-105(10(A);
- 39-26-204(2); and
- 39-26-704(2)
Hearing on the above regulations will be rescheduled to November 30, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. The hearing will be held at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 220, Denver, CO 80203.
Interested parties may submit written comments on the regulations referenced above to dor_taxrules@state.co.us. Comments will be accepted until November 30, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. Due to the level of interest in these rules, and the need to complete the hearing within a reasonable period of time, the Department encourages interested parties to submit written comments by the deadline or to bring written comments to the hearing that can be submitted in person at that time. Written comments submitted pursuant to the Notice of Rulemaking Hearing dated October 1, 2018 will be made part of the record for the November 30th hearing. Parties need not resubmit their comments in order to have them considered by the Department.
