SUTS: Join us to learn about the new Colorado Sales and Use Tax System (SUTS) an enhancement to revenue online – soon to
be adopted by all home rule cities in Colorado. The goal to create one point of registration and remittance, GIS and live rate
update information in one place is soon to be a reality for Colorado sales tax collectors!
SUTS is Colorado’s one-stop portal for filing sales tax returns for the State, for all state-collected local jurisdictions and for participating home-rule cities.
Note: Home-rule cities may choose to participate in the State’s SUTS. Those that do can also adopt Economic Nexus and/or Marketplace Facilitator model ordinances. Many have already done so.
