  2. Aspen: Use tax decrease to 2.1%

Changes to Self-collecting home-rule jurisdictions:

  • Aspen will be State Collected effective 1/1/2025
  • Monument is now a Self-Collected City effective 1/1/2025. The current sales tax rate is 3.50%
