Sales Tax Colorado is highly specialized in sales and use tax matters. Our professionals handle multi-state issues with a special focus on Colorado State, state-collected cities and counties, special districts and home rule cities’ sales and use tax issues.

We are problem solvers. We help with sales and use tax questions and issues such as licensing and collection obligations, delinquent returns, notices, audits, determining taxability, collected but unreported tax, resolving prior liabilities, use tax self-assessments, vendor or customer taxation or exemption inquiries, filing efficiency, training and more. We explain what is required and alternatives to best get into and/or to stay in compliance. We generally bill hourly under an engagement letter with a retainer. Some work, such as handling bulk Voluntary Disclosure Agreements, is handle under a Fixed Fee per jurisdiction with a Fee Cap. Regardless of company size or budget, we are here to help.
